Academic Resources
The Academic Senate shares with the president "the immediate responsibility for academic governing of the University by establishing, maintaining, supervising, and in general being responsible for the academic policies of the University" (Bylaws II, 6).
The Center for Academic and Career Success provides students guidance, resources and support for academic and career success.
University Press is the publishing division of University.

The Summer Sessions office manages the summer courses and summer programs available at Catholic University.

Campus & Residence Life
The athletics department manages all things CatholicU varsity sports.

The Office of Campus Activities organizes events and manages the many student organizations that enrich campus life.
Campus Ministry fosters faith and service on campus. This includes organizing liturgies, providing faith-based events, and coordinating weekly service opportunities.
Cardinal Card Services replace, activate, and manage Cardinal Cards, the official identification card for Catholic University community members.
The Counseling Center provides individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric consultation, and services for mental health crises.
Dining Services manages Catholic University’s dining locations as well as meal plans for students.
The Dean of Students office provides students support with academic, personal, or social issues. It also discusses and answers questions about university policies, procedures, and services.
The Department of Public Safety is Catholic University’s campus police department. DPS is oriented towards the service, protection and education of the University community.
The Office of Disability Support Services helps students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to participate in the educational environment and university community.
The Fitness, Recreational Sports, and Wellness department provides opportunities for students to engage in healthy physical activity and live an active and balanced lifestyle.
GSA is the representative voice of graduate students at the university. They also sponsor various graduate student events throughout the year.
The Office of Housing Services provides and manages residential living environments for Catholic University students.
The Office of International Services promotes international educational exchange within the University and provides services to international students and academics.
The Office of Military and Veteran Student Services is the point of contact for all Military Affiliated Students.
The Orientation program facilitates the successful transition of new undergraduate students into life at Catholic University. All freshman undergraduate students partake in this program the week before classes begin.
The campus post office is where students, faculty, and staff can send and receive mail. All student mail, including packages, arrives at the Post Office.

Administrative Offices
The responsibility for governance and oversight of the operations of the University resides in the University’s Board of Trustees.
The Office of Budget and Financial Planning is responsible for overall budget planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for operating and capital activities.
The Division of University Communications provides marketing and communications services for Catholic University.
The Compliance and Ethics Program provides university community members resources to meet our ethical and legal obligations when acting on behalf of the University.
The Office of the Controller helps University community members effectively use the University’s financial resources.
The Office of Diocesan Engagement serves as a bridge between the University and the dioceses, archdioceses, and eparchies around the country.
The Office of Emergency Management coordinates emergency planning and management operations for the University. This includes the development and implementation of emergency preparedness programs and equipping the campus community to respond effectively to emergencies.
Enrollment Services assists with course registration, student records, bill payments, and other questions about enrollment.
The Office of Events and Conference Services manages the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center and provides event planning support for internal and external clients.
Facilities Planning and Management is responsible for the stewardship of the University’s places and spaces.
